{"id":42,"date":"2014-02-11T01:55:43","date_gmt":"2014-02-11T01:55:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fireweedquiltstudio.com\/?page_id=42"},"modified":"2017-09-28T06:36:36","modified_gmt":"2017-09-28T06:36:36","slug":"faqs","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.fireweedquiltstudio.com\/?page_id=42","title":{"rendered":"FAQS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Pantographs<\/strong> are continuous line quilting designs on a paper roll.\u00a0 The roll is approx. 11 to 12 feet long.\u00a0 A pantograph pattern is typically used by long arm quilters or machine quilters using a frame.\u00a0\u00a0 The long arm quilter unrolls the pantograph across the back table of the long arm; then, with the assistance of a stylus or laser pointer that is attached to the long arm machine, the quilter moves the machine tracing above the pantograph design which is simultaneously stitched out.
